SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 5. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We are closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on all aspects of our business and across our portfolio. While we did not experience significant disruptions during the six months ended June 30, 2020 from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to predict the impact the COVID-19 pandemic will have on the financial condition, results of operations and cash flows due to numerous uncertainties. The Company has evaluated subsequent events through August 12, 2020, the date the Consolidated Financial Statements were available to be issued, and has determined that there are none to be reported.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
