On September 6, 2005, Optical Cable Corporation issued a press release announcing its 2005 third quarter financial results. On September 7, 2005, Optical Cable Corporation held its earning call. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the transcript for the earnings call is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
