Shareholders’ Equity
 
On July 15, 2015, the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on its common stock totaling $141,661. This amount is included in accounts payable and accrued expenses in the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheet as of July 31, 2015.
