Equity Description	Mr. Solomita holds not less than 7.5% of the total number of outstanding shares of our common stock on February 12, 2016 (as adjusted for any stock splits and stock dividends effected after February 12, 2016), assuring Mr. Solomita of control of the Company in the event that his ownership of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of the Company is diluted to a level below a majority. Mr. Solomita’s ownership as of February 28, 2025 of 19,108,722 shares of common stock and 1 share of Series A Preferred Stock provided him with 74.2% of the voting control of the Company
