Consulting agreement, description The Company entered into a Consulting Agreement with Kazunori Kameyama ("Kameyama") for the provision of services related to the clinical trials and other administrative work, public relation work, capital raising, trip coordination, In consideration for providing such services, the Company agreed to indemnify the consultant in an amount of $150 per hour in cash up to $3,000 per month, and issue to Kameyama the Company's common stock at $1.00 per share for any amount exceeding $3,000. The Company's stocks will be calculated and issued in December every year. The contract will be terminated on September 30, 2017. For the nine months ended on June 30, 2017, the Company recognized (as appropriate relative to the periods and manner that the Company would recognize cash payments under the same arrangement) the cost of the appropriate number of the 1,688 shares at the current fair value as of December 31, 2016 and June 30, 2017.
