COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	11. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Leases The Company leased an office space in Taiwan under non-cancelable operating leases expiring on June 30, 2018. As of June 30, 2018, there was no future minimum lease payments under non-cancelable operating and capital leases. Rental expense was $2,564 and $23,640 for the three months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively. Rental expense was $5,097 and $37,970 for the six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
