Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	13. RETIREMENT PLAN The Company has a 401(k) employee savings plan. Employees who meet certain age and service requirements may elect to contribute up to 15% of their salaries. The Company typically contributes the lesser of 50% of the participant’s contributions or 3.5% of the employee’s salary. The Company recognized expense for the savings plan of $215,785 and $214,008 for fiscal 2016 and fiscal 2015, respectively.
