RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During fiscal 2016 and fiscal 2015, the Company made consulting payments of $100,000 per year to Bioplastic Polymers LLC, an entity owned by Ramani Narayan, Ph.D., a director of the Company, and paid royalties of $31,463 and $21,327, respectively, based on net sales of the Company’s bioplastics products.
