SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 16, 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on November 13, 2024 to stockholders of record on October 30, 2024. The declaration of future dividends is not guaranteed and will be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors in light of conditions then existing, including the Company’s earnings, financial condition, cash requirements, restrictions in financing agreements, business conditions, and other factors.
