Restrictions On Cash	Note 3 - Restrictions on cash To comply with Federal Reserve regulations, the Bank is required to maintain certain average cash reserve balances. The daily average cash reserve requirements were approximately $1,732 and $1,857 for the weeks including December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
