Restrictions On Cash	Note 3 - Restrictions on cash To comply with Federal Reserve regulations, the Bank is required to maintain certain average cash reserve balances. The daily average cash reserve requirements were approximately $3,381 and $3,819 for the weeks including December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
