Restrictions On Cash	Note 3 - Restrictions on cash To comply with Federal Reserve regulations, the Bank is required to maintain certain average cash reserve balances. The daily average cash reserve requirements were approximately $5,562 and $4,987 for the weeks including December 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
