Restrictions On Cash	 Note 3 - Restrictions on cash To comply with Federal Reserve regulations, the Bank is required to maintain certain average cash reserve balances. The daily average cash reserve requirements were approximately $6,733 and $5,562 for the weeks including December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
