Note 5 - Related Party Transactions

 

Related Party Payables

 

a)

As at June 30, 2012, the Company owed $250,641 (2011 - $278,845) to directors and officers of the Company and to other related parties.  The amounts represent expenses paid on behalf of the Company, accrued officer salary, or amounts borrowed to help fund operations.  The amounts owing are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.  

b)

 The Company contracts with a related party to rent office space, be provided office support staff, and have consultancy services provided on behalf of the Company.  See Note 8 for obligation under the contract.

As at December 31, 2011, the Company owed $278,845 (2010 - $260,867) to directors, and officers of the Company and to other related parties.  The amounts represent expenses paid on behalf of the Company, accrued officer salary, or amounts borrowed to help fund operations.  The amounts owing are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.  

 

b)

The Company contracts with a related party to rent office space, be provided office support staff, and have consultancy services provided on behalf of the Company.  See Note 11 for obligation under the contract.
