Increase Of Investments In Subsidiary Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 5: US Seismic Systems Inc. (formerly known as US Sensor Systems Inc.) (USSI) On January 25, 2011 the Company exercised one of its options to increase its investment in USSI and transferred $250 to USSI. On February 9, 2011, the Company exercised additional options and transferred an additional $750 to USSI. Following these option exercises, the Company increased its holdings in USSI to approximately 81%. Accordingly, the Company recorded an adjustment of $600 to the non-controlling interests balance initially recorded with respect to the Company’s investment in USSI to reflect the updated balance of the non-controlling interests share in USSI of $776. The Company’s final option to invest $1,500 in USSI and increase its holdings to approximately 87% expired in May 2011. In the period from June to September 2011, the Company advanced USSI $1,000 in contemplation of a new investment agreement. (See Note 14 – Subsequent Events).
