RELATED PARTY BALANCES AND TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 11—RELATED PARTY BALANCES AND TRANSACTIONS Officer and Director Fees The Company recorded consulting service fees to officers of $134,000 and $130,000 for the three-month periods ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, which is included in selling, general and administrative expenses. The Company recorded fees to directors of $18,000 and $15,000 for the three-month periods ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, which is included in selling, general and administrative expenses.
