RELATED PARTY BALANCES AND TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 12—RELATED PARTY BALANCES AND TRANSACTIONS Officer and Director Fees The Company recorded consulting service fees to officers of $134,000 and $134,000 for the three-month periods ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively, which is included in selling, general and administrative expenses. The Company recorded fees to directors of $18,500 and $18,000 for the three-month periods ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively, which is included in selling, general and administrative expenses.
