NOTE 7—COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

 

The Company has $1,063,000 in operating lease obligations payable through 2030 and $342,000 in other contractual obligations, which includes contractual services and software license agreements. The contractual services include $223,000 payable through June 30, 2026 and $109,000 payable through June 30, 2027. The software license agreements of $10,000 are all payable through June 30, 2026. The Company also has $994,000 in open purchase order commitments payable through June 30, 2026 of which $804,000 (81%) is to one electronics vendor.
