On August 21, 2014, correcting his notfication as of August 15, 2014, Mr
Norman Rentrop, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on R. Stahl AG, Waldenburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 29,
2014 and on that day amounted to 4.96% (this corresponds to 319577 Voting
Rights.
4.96% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 319,577 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Rentrop in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in R. Stahl AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV.
In addition, out of 4.96% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 319577
Voting Rights), 4.65% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 299238 Voting
Rights) are attributed to Mr Rentrop in accordance with Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose
share of the Voting Rights in R. Stahl AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
