On April 15, 2015, Mr Arwed J. Ebert, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on R.
Stahl AG, Waldenburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%
and 30% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 15, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 41.64% (this corresponds to 2681387 Voting Rights).
41.63% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2680977 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Ebert in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in R. Stahl AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: Ina Isabelle Stallbörger, Hansjörg Stahl, Ute
Müller, Hans-Volker Stahl.
