SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	15.  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 18, 2024, the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with Ergomed Group Limited pursuant to which the Company issued 1 million shares of common stock in exchange for services. On December 31, 2024, the Company sold 7,552,500 shares of common stock at an offering price of $0.31 per share, and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 8,577,500 shares of common stock, at an offering price of $0.3099 per pre-funded warrant, for gross proceeds of approximately $5 million.
