Item 8.01.     Other Events

On July 17, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release announcing it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase from NZ Uranium, LLC 113,000 acres of mineral rights in the Crownpoint area of New Mexico.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
