        As an independent registered public accounting firm, we hereby consent to the use, in the joint proxy statement/prospectus that forms a part of Amendment No. 1 to Registration Statement on Form S-4 (No. 333-181400) of Uranium Resources, Inc. of our report dated April 2, 2012, relating to the consolidated financial statements of Neutron Energy, Inc. and Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2011 and 2010 and for each of the years in the three year period ended December 31, 2011 and for the period from inception (March 25, 2005) through December 31, 2011.
