Loans Receivable Held for Sale	NOTE (4) – Loans Receivable Held for Sale Loans receivable held for sale at June 30, 2020 totaled $49.7 million and consisted of multi-family loans. The Bank did not have any loans held for sale at December 31,2019. During the first six months of 2020, the Bank originated $110.9 million of multi-family loans for sale and sold $60.9 million of loans held for sale. During the first six months of 2019, the Bank originated $10.3 million of multi-family loans for sale. There were no loan sales during the six months ended June 30, 2019. Loan repayments totaled $315 thousand and $46 thousand during the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
