As of January 31, 2016, the Company completed an annual review of long-lived assets by using Level 3 inputs by comparing undiscounted future cash flows to be generated by our lease pool assets to the carrying value of our lease pool assets noting that the undiscounted cash flows exceeded their carrying value and no impairment has been recorded.
