Subsequent Events	NOTE 15 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated all events and transactions after September 30, 2015 through the date these financial statements were issued. The following material matters have occurred through November 16, 2015. In October 2015, the Company entered into a Non-Exclusive Aircraft Dry Lease Agreement with Brauser Aviation, LLC, an affiliated entity of our Executive Chairman, to pay a set hourly rate for Company-related usage of the aircraft.
