Subsequent Events [Text Block]	12. Subsequent events On April 1, 2020, the Company, through a wholly owned subsidiary, acquired a 50%  interest in Winopoly, LLC, a New York limited liability company (the "Winopoly Transaction"). Concurrent with the Winopoly Transaction, on April 1, 2020, Fluent, LLC entered into Limited Consent and Amendment No. 11  to the Credit Agreement, which modified certain provisions to accommodate the Company's entry into the Winopoly Transaction.
