Public Offering	9. PUBLIC OFFERING On July 24, 2018, the Company completed a public offering of 1,428,572 common shares at a public offering price of $7.00 per share (the “Offering”). The gross proceeds raised by the Company from the Offering were approximately $10,821,000 (including approximately $821,000 from the sale of 117,214 additional common shares upon the partial exercise of the over-allotment option by the underwriter on August 1, 2018), before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. The total net proceeds from the Offering were approximately $9,883,000.
