On October 23, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release disclosing production and reserves for the six months ended September 30, 2007. On October 24, 2007, the Registrant issued a correcting press release for production for the six months ended of September 30, 2007. A copy of the corrected press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
