The Company was delayed in confirming all financial information necessary to complete the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 (fiscal 2011) prior to the prescribed due date of November 15, 2010. The Company currently expects to file its Form 10-Q for quarter end September 30, 2010 on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date for the filing of the Company’s Form 10-Q.

The Registrant expects to report approximately $897,000 and $1.93 million, respectively, of revenues for the three and six months ended September 30, 2010 compared to revenues of approximately $1.39 million and $2.80 million for the same periods in 2009. The Registrant expects to report a net loss for the three ended September 30, 2010 of approximately $110,000 and net income of approximately $82,000 for the six months ended September 30, 2010, as compared to a net loss in the three months ended September 30, 2009 of approximately $300,000 and net income of approximately $51,000 for the six months ended September 30, 2009.
