Enclosed please find MT Højgaard A/S’s announcement of 28 May 2015 regarding
that the US Federal Court of Claims has ordered that the winner of the tender
for operation of Thule Air Base cannot be awarded the contract. 

Højgaard Holding A/S holds an ownership interest of 54 % in MT Højgaard.
