Enclosed please find MT Højgaard A/S’s release of 24 July 2015regarding that US
Air Force has indicated that it wants to extend its contract with Greenland
Contractors. 

This announcement does not give rise to any changes in the previously published
expectations of the economic development in the MT Højgaard Group. 

Højgaard Holding A/S holds an ownership interest of 54 % in MT Højgaard.

The projections concerning future financial performance are subject to
