Subsequent Events	Note 15 – Subsequent Events On October 1, 2020 the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) loan had a change in terms agreement modifying the beginning date of the principal and interest payments from December 1, 2020 to May 1, 2021. No other terms of the loan were modified, including the maturity date, interest rate or amount of the loan.
