Note 3 - Investment in Progressive Beef, LLC

 

For the three months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, the Company received dividend income from Progressive Beef of $50,000 and $30,000, respectively, representing a distribution of their earnings. For the nine months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, the Company received dividend income totaling $150,000 and $90,000, respectively. The income is reflected within the “Other income/(expense)” section of the Company’s Consolidated Statement of Operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021.
