Frédéric de Mevius elected to the Supervisory Board of Capinordic A/S

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 17 April 2008, Frédéric de
Mevius was elected to the Supervisory Board of Capinordic A/S. 

Mr de Mevius holds a BA degree in economics from the University of
Louvain-la-Neuve and was a member of the Board of Directors of Inbev (formerly
Interbrew) from 1991 to 2004. From 1993 to 2000, he also sat on the Board of
Directors of Spadel(Belgium). 

He originally had an investment banking career in London and New York. From
1985 to 1993, he was thus an Executive Director of Lehman Brothers in New York
and London. From 1981 to 1985, he was a Manager of S. G. Warburg & Co. Ltd. in
London. 

Mr de Mevius is now the CEO of Verlinvest, HLF and DLF and a Non-Executive
Director of All Markets, Amantelia, CDHD, Legsa, Orpar, Spa & Salon
International and Royal Boch. 

Verlinvest S.A. today through its subsidiary Cofintra S.A. owns 7.51 per cent
of the share capital in Capinordic A/S. 

Eiríkur S. Jóhannsson resigned from the Supervisory Board at the Annual General
Meeting.
