Change of Supervisory Board of Capinordic A/S


Capinordic A/S has been informed that Ole Vagner, as a consequence of
increasing business activities, has decided to resign from the Supervisory
Board of Capinordic A/S as of today. 

The Company thanks Mr Vagner for the good collaboration and for his very
committed work for the Supervisory Board.
