Capinordic Bank A/S 

Yesterday on 10 February 2010, Capinordic Bank A/S, a subsidiary of Capinordic
A/S, filed for a suspension of payments. 

Today, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has filed a petition in
bankruptcy against Capinordic Bank A/S under section 234 of the Danish
Financial Business Act (lov om finansiel virksomhed) as Capinordic Bank A/S is
considered to be insolvent. The Bankruptcy Division of the Maritime and
Commercial Court has subsequently commenced bankruptcy proceedings against
Capinordic Bank A/S. 

Capinordic A/S expects that the bankruptcy estate and Finansiel Stabilitet A/S
(or a subsidiary) will enter into an agreement on the transfer of Capinordic
Bank A/S' assets and liabilities or part thereof to Finansiel Stabilitet A/S
(or a subsidiary). 

To the extent possible, Capinordic A/S will monitor the bankruptcy proceedings
to ensure that the existing assets are preserved as well as possible.
