Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions During the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company incurred expenses of $0.4 million (December 31, 2024: $0.8 million) from OUI which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company’s shareholder, the University of Oxford, primarily related to patent costs. During the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company recognized license revenue of nil (December 31, 2024: $15.0 million) from OUI which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company’s shareholder, the University of Oxford.
