Subsequent Events	Note 10 — Subsequent Events On July 5, 2023 we issued 578,830 shares of restricted stock, with weighted average fair values at the date of grant of $0.48. Restricted stock is subject to forfeiture if service terminates prior to the shares vesting and is expensed ratably over the vesting period.
