Allianz Global Investors GmbH with seat at Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
informed us by letter dated 15 May 2015 that its percentage of voting
rights in RATIONAL Aktiengesellschaft fell below the 3% threshold to a
percentage of 2.99% as per settlement date 08 May 2015. This corresponds to
340,018 out of a total of 11,370,000 voting rights issued by the company.
Of these voting rights 2.24% is to be attributed to Allianz Global
Investors GmbH pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG. This
corresponds to 254,810 out of a total of 11,370,000 voting rights issued by
the company.
