Unaudited Interim Financial Information

The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“U.S. GAAP”) and include the operations of Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. All intercompany accounts, transactions and balances have been eliminated in consolidation.

The accompanying condensed consolidated interim financial statements are unaudited but have been prepared on the same basis as the audited annual financial statements and, in the opinion of management, reflect all adjustments, which include only normal recurring adjustments necessary for the fair statement of the Company’s financial position as of September 30, 2025 and the results of its operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024 and its cash flows for the nine months ended

September 30, 2025 and 2024. The consolidated balance sheet as of December 31, 2024 was derived from audited annual financial statements but does not include all disclosures required by U.S. GAAP.

The results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 are not necessarily indicative of results to be expected for the full year or for any other subsequent interim period.
