Earnings Per Share [Text Block]	11.            NET LOSS PER COMMON SHARE The net loss per common share has been computed in accordance with Codification Topic 260-10, Earnings Per Share , by dividing the net loss by the weighted average number of common shares outstanding during the period, without giving consideration to outstanding stock options because the impact would be anti-dilutive.  Outstanding stock options not included in the calculation aggregated approximately 244,500 during the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2011 and approximately 273,000 during the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2010.
