EMPLOYEE BENEFITS	16. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS We have a 401(k) savings plan (the Plan) in which all employees completing one month of service with the Company are eligible to participate. Participants may contribute up to the maximum amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. Since August 2012 we have matched 100% of the first 3% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan and 50% of the next 2% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan. Under this matching plan, we paid $20,329 and $14,635 into the plan for the three-month periods ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, and $37,055 and $30,802 for the six-month periods ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
