EMPLOYEE BENEFITS	18. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS We have a 401(k) savings plan (the Plan) in which all employees completing one month of service with the Company are eligible to participate. Participants may contribute up to the maximum amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. Since August 2012, we have matched 100% of the first 3% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan and 50% of the next 2% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan. Under this matching plan, we paid $17,642 and $17,102 into the Plan during the three-month periods ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, and $55,209 and $54,157 during the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
