EMPLOYEE BENEFITS	19. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS We have a 401(k) savings plan (the Plan) in which all employees completing one month of service with the Company are eligible to participate. Participants may contribute up to the maximum amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. We currently match 100% of the first 3% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan and 50% of the next 2% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan. Under this matching plan, we paid $50,126 and $44,043 into the Plan for the three-month periods ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and paid $135,698 and $123,887 into the Plan for the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
