EMPLOYEE BENEFITS	19. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS We have a 401(k) savings plan (the Plan) in which all employees completing one month of service with the Company are eligible to participate. Participants may contribute up to the maximum amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. We currently match 100% of the first 3% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan and 50% of the next 2% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan. Under this matching plan, we paid $178,150 and $159,058 into the Plan for the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
