EMPLOYEE BENEFITS	19. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS We have a 401(k) savings plan (the Plan) in which all employees completing one month of service with the Company are eligible to participate. Participants may contribute up to the maximum amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. We currently match 100% of the first 3% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan and 50% of the next 2% of each employee’s salary that is contributed to the Plan. Under this matching plan, we paid $55,989 and $50,126 into the Plan for the three-month periods ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $159,504 and $135,698 for the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
