17. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

 

David S. Tomsche (Chair of our Board of Directors) is a controlling owner of Leedstone Inc., a domestic distributor of our products (the First Defense® product line and CMT). His affiliated company purchased $212,666 and $119,455 of products from us during the three-month periods ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively, and $674,669 and $390,322 of products from us during the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively, all on terms consistent with those offered to other distributors of similar status. Our accounts receivable (subject to standard and customary payment terms) due from this affiliated company aggregated $22,387 and $52,097 as of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively.
