Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	17. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS David S. Tomsche (Chair of our Board of Directors) is a controlling owner of Leedstone Inc., a domestic distributor of our products (the First Defense^® product line and CMT). His affiliated company purchased $802,407 and $567,114 of products from us during the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively, all on terms consistent with those offered to other distributors of similar status. Our accounts receivable (subject to standard and customary payment terms) due from this affiliated company aggregated $0 and $52,097 as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
