We hereby inform that as of today Flemming Østergaard and Jørgen Glistrup have
resigned the SH Finans A/S executive board. 

The agreement between SH Finans A/S and Flemming Østergaard Management A/S, as
described in company announcement from 1st March 2006, which states that any
purchase or sale of shares in PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S on the part of
SH Finans A/S requires the acceptance of Flemming Østergaard is still valid.
